I am looking for a yoga class (on video) using the Our Father for prayer. Can you help?
Hi Mary, I don’t know of any classes off hand that do that. Although it sounds amazing! If you find one, please let me know. When I was in college in a modern dance class we used to close the class saying the Lord’s Prayer with movement — a great last minute of the class, but not exactly what I think you’re looking for. Also you might want to check out Jen Hoffman @ healthymoving.com — she’s a Christian and a yoga instructor really looking at everyday movement. I don’t think she has exactly what you’re looking for, but she might be a good person to reach out to (plus she’s awesome!)
